Shelf-life is up to 1 year in the freezer at -18 degrees Celsius.

Our products are made in Singapore.

When the food is cooked, it reaches above 90 degrees Celsius. Immediately after cooking, the food is blast frozen to rapidly bring the temperature down to -40 degrees Celsius. Bacteria will seize to multiply under such low temperature. The frozen food then goes through a vacuum packing process to ensure that air, which contains bacteria is removed from the product.

We have multiple done tests to show that the meat is 99% similar to that of a fresh crab.

Established in 2008, Singapore-based seafood restaurant House of Seafood is well loved for its crab dishes.

Its award-winning Black Pepper Crab was voted the best in Singapore, its version of the iconic Chilli Crab leaves patrons clamoring for more, while its Salted Egg Crab features a golden-yellow sauce that is all the rave. With these tasty Singapore-style crab dishes fast gaining popularity in the region, House of Seafood has set up an outlet each in Cambodia and Malaysia, in addition to its three branches in Singapore. Furthermore, to appeal to an even wider audience, the Joo Chiat (Singapore) branch offers halal renditions of these delectable treats.
